For over a decade in the fall, the Wilson Tobs have made Historic Fleming Stadium eastern North Carolina’s center for high school baseball. From spearheading a ten-team high school league to conducting college prospects and youth camps, the Tobs have facilitated the growth of baseball by creating unique student-athlete developmental opportunities.
In conjunction with the City of Wilson’s recreation department, the Tobs fall amateur baseball programming has strengthened Wilson’s status as eastern North Carolina’s best baseball community. Attracting thousands of high school players and hundreds of college coaches, the Tobs ‘next level’ programming has provided countless scholarship opportunities for aspiring student-athletes from all socio-economic backgrounds.
