Team Entry Responsibilities

  • League Member Fee: $1,700
  • Game Balls
  • Uniforms
Game Rules

  • NCHSAA Rules
  • Bat Specifications: BBCOR or Wood Only
  • Free Substitution (excludes playoffs)
  • Extra Hitter(s) Allowed

Game Length & Structure Seven Innings

  • Drop Dead at (2) hour time limit (excludes playoffs)
    • If there are (2) outs when the time limit hits the half-inning may be completed
  • Mercy Rule: None


Player Eligibility

  • Student-Athlete: High School (NCHSAA & NCISAA)
  • Approved Team Roster


  • Roster Size Minimum: 12
  • Roster Size Maximum: 18
  • Team Rosters can not be comprised of more than four schools
  • Teams cannot use their school name or school coaches
  • Tobs office must receive all team rosters

  • Regular Season – September 20 to November 4
  • Playoffs & Makeup Games – November 8 to November 11

    • Historic Fleming Stadium is a City of Wilson-owned facility so we are required to abide by NC & the City of Wilson COVID-19 guidelines which may change at any time.
      • At the moment this includes social distancing, sanitation stations, and mask recommendations for those who have not been vaccinated.
