Griffin is heading into his 4th season as a part of the Tobs staff, with this season being his 2nd as the Director of Marketing & Community Outreach. He was an Operations & Event Management Intern during the summer of 2022 and Community Outreach & Digital Media Coordinator in 2023 for the Tobs..

Griffin was born in Greenville, South Carolina and moved to Mechanicsville, Virginia when he was very young and has always had a passion for sports. In addition to being a Green Bay Packers fan, he was named captain of his high school volleyball team and received 2nd Team All-State honors as a senior. He moved to North Carolina to obtain his Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Sales from East Carolina University, and while at ECU Griffin was a part of the Club Volleyball Team for two seasons.

Before joining the Tobs, Griffin gained experience in Sales and Customer Service working for Virginia ABC as a Sales Associate as well as working in the same role for Pla-Mor Pools, an in-ground and above-ground pool company based in Mechanicsville, VA.
