Wilson, N.C. – The Wilson Tobs (28-16) played 1.5 innings against the Morehead City Marlins (21-24) before weather caused the game to end. 

With just two days left in the regular season, the game will not be made up. Wilson has officially clinched at least the #2 seed in the CPL Petit Cup Playoffs, but has two games left to catch the Peninsula Pilots at #1. 

The Tobacconists are on the road tomorrow in Holly Springs before returning to Fleming Stadium for the final game of the regular season on August 2nd. It will be a firework extravaganza after the game. Wilson will host a postseason game on Sunday August 3rd or Tuesday August 5th. Postseason tickets are on sale now!
