Team Entry Responsibilities

  • Game Balls (split between teams - use during game)
  • Uniforms - Matching Hats & Uniforms

Player Eligibility

  • Student-Athlete: High School (NCHSAA & NCISAA)
  • Approved Team Roster

Roster

  • Roster Size Minimum: 12
  • Team Rosters can be comprised of (4) schools if additional players needed
  • Teams cannot use their school name, head coach, or high school uniforms
  • Tobs office must receive all team rosters & contact information prior to start of season
  • Players can be added and dropped throughout the season until playoffs

  • Bat Specifications: BBCOR or Wood Only
  • Free Substitution (excludes playoffs)

Game Length & Structure 

7 Innings With Time Limit

  • Drop Dead at (2) hour time limit (excludes playoffs)
    • If there are (2) outs when the time limit is reached then the current half-inning will be completed
  • Mercy Rule: Playoffs Only
