Game Day Staff ($9-$10 per hour)

Wilson Tobs Baseball Club is currently seeking enthusiastic game day staff applicants for the 2022 summer season, running from May 26 to August 7. The Tobs are looking to improve fan experience by hiring staffers that are friendly, outgoing, energetic, and not afraid to interact with the fans. The Tobs game day staff strives to make each fans experience at the ballpark an enjoyable one. The game day staff plays a vital role in making the Tobs season a success for the thousands of fans that enter Historic Fleming Stadium. All interested applicants, 16 years or older, must be available to work all or nearly all home games (Not able to miss more than 5 home games).

Concession Cook ($10-$12 per hour)


Wilson Tobs Baseball is looking for grill Cooks to prepare concession food (3 grilled items & 3 deep fried items) according to our game day menu for the 2022 summer season that runs from May 26 to August 7. Cooks will prepare multiple products that will satisfy our fans during games while also remaining fast & efficient. Cooks must be able to follow instructions on grilling, filling large orders, and communicating. Experience in cooking with a full grill of different items without under or over cooking is preferred. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation in delivering our fans delicious ballpark food in a timely manner. 


Responsibilities

  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients and products to use in cooking
  • Cook food on propane grill 
  • Check food while cooking
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Check quality of ingredients to ensure nothing being served is spoiled
  • Track Inventory

Requirements

  • Experience in grilling
  • Experience in using cutting tools and cookware 
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Satisfactory communication skills
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
